3. Booking Requests

Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee service availability.

A booking becomes confirmed only after:

  • Pricing has been approved;

  • Payment requirements have been satisfied (if applicable); and

  • A confirmation has been issued by PRIMOVIP.

PRIMOVIP reserves the right to decline any reservation request at its sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Pricing may vary based on:

  • Vehicle selection

  • Service type

  • Travel distance

  • Passenger count

  • Waiting time

  • Special requests

  • Seasonal demand

  • Additional services requested

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include gratuities, tolls, parking fees, venue access fees, or other third-party charges.

Payment may be required before service is provided.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Customers must notify PRIMOVIP as soon as possible regarding any requested changes.

Changes are subject to:

  • Vehicle availability

  • Scheduling limitations

  • Additional charges where applicable

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service booked.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the specific reservation details and applicable cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

6. Flight Delays and Schedule Changes

For airport transportation services, customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information.

PRIMOVIP may monitor flight arrivals when flight information is provided.

While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate delays, PRIMOVIP cannot guarantee availability resulting from:

  • Significant flight delays

  • Missed connections

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Airport operational disruptions

Additional waiting time fees may apply.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Arrive at designated pickup locations on time;

  • Follow driver instructions;

  • Behave respectfully toward drivers and staff;

  • Comply with applicable laws;

  • Use seat belts where required;

  • Ensure minors are properly supervised;

  • Provide legally required child safety seats when necessary unless otherwise arranged.

Passengers are responsible for damages caused by their actions or negligence.

8. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited inside PRIMOVIP vehicles:

  • Illegal activities

  • Possession of illegal substances

  • Smoking, vaping, or use of prohibited substances

  • Dangerous or disruptive behavior

  • Harassment of drivers or passengers

  • Actions that may compromise safety

Drivers may immediately terminate service when passenger behavior presents a safety risk.

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

9. Baggage and Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings.

While drivers may assist with loading and unloading luggage, PRIMOVIP is not responsible for:

  • Lost items

  • Forgotten belongings

  • Damaged personal property

  • Theft occurring outside the Company's control

Customers should verify that all belongings have been collected before leaving the vehicle.

10. Service Delays

PRIMOVIP is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Airport delays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Mechanical emergencies

  • Public safety events

Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruptions whenever possible.

11. Tours and Charter Services

Tour itineraries, routes, stops, and schedules may be modified when necessary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Road closures

  • Government restrictions

  • Operational requirements

PRIMOVIP reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to ensure passenger safety and service quality.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIMOVIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

PRIMOVIP's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
