PRIMOVIP reserves the right to decline any reservation request at its sole discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include gratuities, tolls, parking fees, venue access fees, or other third-party charges.

Customers must notify PRIMOVIP as soon as possible regarding any requested changes.

6. Flight Delays and Schedule Changes
For airport transportation services, customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information.
PRIMOVIP may monitor flight arrivals when flight information is provided.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate delays, PRIMOVIP cannot guarantee availability resulting from:
Significant flight delays
Missed connections
Airline schedule changes
Airport operational disruptions
Additional waiting time fees may apply.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
Arrive at designated pickup locations on time;
Follow driver instructions;
Behave respectfully toward drivers and staff;
Comply with applicable laws;
Use seat belts where required;
Ensure minors are properly supervised;
Provide legally required child safety seats when necessary unless otherwise arranged.
Passengers are responsible for damages caused by their actions or negligence.
8. Vehicle Use Restrictions
The following activities are prohibited inside PRIMOVIP vehicles:

Smoking, vaping, or use of prohibited substances
Dangerous or disruptive behavior

Drivers may immediately terminate service when passenger behavior presents a safety risk.
No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings.
While drivers may assist with loading and unloading luggage, PRIMOVIP is not responsible for:

Forgotten belongings
Damaged personal property
Theft occurring outside the Company's control

PRIMOVIP is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
